Break up of video signal

I have repeatedly reported the break up of the video signal to Comcast on numerous occasions but the problem persists. This is especially true on live sports but randomly happens across multiple networks.
There seems to be no desire on Comcast/Xfinity to fix this problem. I spend over $500 each month for all my services but am looking at other options. We’re getting Live Oak fiber het on Sea Island so unless this issue get fixed I will be canceling my account.

user_frclph I can understand the importance of reliable signals, especially when watching your favorite teams and sports. No worries, we are here to help. Is this happening with all devices in your home?

Yes, all my Xfinity boxes. I reset them  and that works for a few days and then the problem returns. I’ve also noticed this same issue on TVs in local bars etc.
