Do I need a separate box for each TV? I have one box for my living room TV and it is connected to my Xfinity router. Do I need a separate box for my bedroom tv?

If the TV is one of the models supported by their Stream beta app (see https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/xfinity-stream-beta-app-faqs ) you can use that. If not, then yes, it needs to have its own "TV box".
