I would be happy to take a look at what is causing this issue with your video box resetting by itself. Is there any specific timeframe that you notice this occurs? Also, are you using the box at the time of the reboot?
@XfinityMarcus it happens all day and night. Today when we came home from work the tv was on. While watching it it will reboot at least 3-4 more times, it turns on in the middle of the night too
Thanks for sharing when the cable box resets itself, @user_3c54b3. Have you by any chance tried to use the incredible Xfinity app to reset the device? How about a power cycle, have you tried that?
