Box keeps rebooting

My cable box keeps rebooting and turning on in the middle of the night

@user_3c54b3, thank you for taking the time to reach out to us here in the Digital Care team via the Xfinity Forum page. I would be happy to take a look at what is causing this issue with your video box resetting by itself. Is there any specific timeframe that you notice this occurs? Also, are you using the box at the time of the reboot?

@XfinityMarcus​ it happens all day and night. Today when we came home from work the tv was on. While watching it it will reboot at least 3-4 more times, it turns on in the middle of the night too

Thanks for sharing when the cable box resets itself, @user_3c54b3. Have you by any chance tried to use the incredible Xfinity app to reset the device? How about a power cycle, have you tried that?
