Box keeps freezing

I have X1 system and within the last few days my tv in the living room (wireless) and bedroom (Ethernet) have been freezing every 5 min. I have tried rebooting the modem and the TV boxes and still have the issue. Note: I can watch Netflix or any streaming services and do not have the problem. It’s not my internet, it’s Comcast! How do I fix? Should I replace equipment which is all less than 2 years old?

I appreciate you reaching out to our community forums to work on your cable issues, @user_833657! I love to relax at the end of the day and watch TV so I'd be upset if I was running into these issues. Rest assured, this is the perfect place to find help and we will make sure this is taken care of. Thank you for trying to reset the cable boxes and the modem. Have you checked to make sure the coax cable at the back of the modem is finger tight? Are there any splitters between the modem and the coax outlet?

I have had the same problem with my box and it is getting very frustrating. Eventually it gets fixed but it is a pain. And yes my cables are all tight .I have changed nothing on this box. Is it time to take the box in
