Box Constantly Not Connecting to Internet, RDK-03
The last couple of days we keep getting the message that the box is having trouble connecting to the internet. Rebooted several times, and have been having to do that the last couple days. Had a service appt and received a call just BEFORE 7am today saying a problem in the area was found and fixed, so did I want to cancel appt. Did they think I was up watching movies at 5a? I trusted them and sure enough, nothing was fixed! Wonder how long I’ll be waiting for another appt now?
