Boot boot boot

I have to unplug and boot my dark several times a day. Xfinity support always runs me through the same script...

unplug, tighten connections and watch the reboot sequence.  I think they messed the wires up when they setup a neighbor  or the box is bad. Really tired of going through the same sequence over and over.

I can definitely see how old and tiring that would get, and I would be feeling just as frustrated if I was in your shoes. To make sure we're on the same page, can you please provide some background details on why you need to reboot your device? Are there any error messages or error codes present on your screen?
