Bob's Burgers season 13 captions do not work on X1

Season 13 episodes of Fox's Bob's Burgers do not have closed captions when viewing on X1.  The captions seem to work just fine when viewing the episodes on the Xfinity Stream Android app, and the Xfinity Stream website on a PC.  But when you watch on a TV using X1, the captions do not display.

I reported this problem 7 months ago, but that thread was incorrectly marked "closed".  This problem should not have been closed, because it has not yet been fixed.
