reneeskee Thank you so much for reaching out for help with your Bluetooth connection on your X1 box. With Bluetooth issues, I recommend checking both sides. To start, I would reset the device you have connected to your box. If you do not have a reset option, try unplugging or removing it from the power for a few moments. Then reconnecting the device back to your X1 box. If that still is not working, let us know.
