Bluetooth
Again today I cannot connect my bluetooth headset. Again I have to restart my box for the bluetooth work. Again I come to the forum to see if this issue is at least being looked into by Comcast. Again I find multiple posts (all closed and many going back years!) of people with the same complaints. So when is Comcast going to address this ongoing problem? Seems simple. You do an update. You break the bluetooth. So build the bluetooth repair into your updates. And PLEASE do not tell me how to pair or how to submit an issue. Just fix the problem of which you are already well aware.

Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "direct messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it

Here we are 22 days later. Same problem. Restart. Works. Fix this.
