Bluetooth

I have XiD-P boxes but can't connect to Bluetooth devices. It's my understanding I need Xi6 boxes in order to connect. One comcast agent agreed & sent me an email to initiate the upgrade, but the link did not work. Next agent said the problem was my TV and did not understand what XiD-P or Xi6 had to do with it.

When I connect my blue tooth devices I go though my TV and not my cable box. What devices are you trying to connect?

Agree. But when I hit Xfinity on the remote & then Device Settings>Audio, nothing about Bluetooth shows up. I think it's because my box is a model XiD-P and needs to be a Xi6.

Did you want to retry to send the order or did you want to visit a local service center to do the swap since we would have to complete an order and then do another since there are so many boxes.

Happy to retry the order. Can you do it. I can't see how to do it on the Xfinity web site.
