Bluetooth

The bluetooth setting in xfinity button>settings>device settings> audio keeps disappearing. I previously had a flex box and it did the same thing. When you use voice commands for bluetooth settings you get bluetooth hardware not installed. But its there because Ive paired my sound bar to it before. Im a tech specialist so Ive done all basic troubleshooting. Why is this happening?

The same thing is happening to me. Seems to be a new issue in an update or something. Please fix this, xfinity.

Every time this happens to me I Restart the box. It takes 3 or 4 minutes then the Bluetooth Devices is back on the Accessibility Settings menu.

This has happened on two different xfinity boxes in my house. I figured it out once, and now I can’t remember what I did. It’s something more than a reboot.  It’s extremely frustrating.

Does Xfinity not even monitor this forum? Why is there no attempt to help their customers?
