Bluetooth unable to reconnect

For some time, I was able to connect my bluetooth headphones to my WIFI box that connects to my X1 box. The box recognizes previously connected devices and also find them, but won't connect or pair.

I have tried several times after restarting the individual box. But this is not helping. Please advise.

Hey there, sorry to hear you are having this connection issue. Can you see the headphones on there or will it not discover them at all?

They are discoverable, but when I select them with my remote, it spins and spins and then tells me that the bluetooth device could not connect and to check whether they are On. They are always on. I also made sure the headphones are not connected to any other device already.

Gotcha, what brand and model are the headphones? There may be another step you need. I can look it up once I get that info.

Awesome! For the IFROGZ, when you have it in discovery mode on the box, make sure on the headphones you press and hold the Power/Play button for five seconds until the LED flashes blue and red, indicating pairing mode.

Yes, I've tried pairing mode. The headphones verbally will say "Pairing mode".

Thanks for that info. Have you forgotten the devices on the box then tried to pair fresh?

Yes, I have tried that. The headphones show up as Discoverable after that. I select it and it says Pairing Failed, even though I can tell the headphones are in pairing mode. Then I get a message that says "If your bluetooth device cannot be found..."
