Bluetooth audio is choppy/dropping out

Hi,

I am trying to watch tv on my X1 main box while using Bluetooth headphones.  I have beats fit pro 2023 model and anker X30.  Both will pair

but the audio cuts in and out so bad that it is worthless.  I have tried unpairing by forgetting the device and started over with no luck.

I have tried refreshing my box, unplugging for a few minutes and everything else I can think of with no changes.

I can connect these to other devices with no issues, my phone, table, pc but not the x1 box.  The headphones are not paired to other

devices when trying to watch TV on the X1.

@nurthys Hello! Thank you for reaching out to us here on our Community Forum. We do know that some of our TV Boxes are Bluetooth capable, so this is something you should be able to do. If you pull the power cable out of the TV Box and then immediately pair the headphones after it's plugged back in, does that seem to help?

Hi Benjamin,

No, that did not help.  We just recently had an "upgrade" in my area but it seems like this has made the issue worse.  In addition to poor Bluetooth connectivity, the apps that are normally displayed while watching programming with the X1 box do not display properly.   They function but are no longer displayed.   I have done a system refresh but that has not helped.  Thank you for the tips

That is definitely an issue we can look into from here for you. It may be that we need to replace the boxes with updated devices. I can look further into that if you could send me a direct message with the full name and complete address for your service.

To send a direct message [private message]:

Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.

   - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

   - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

   Press Enter to send it
