First thing is does is go to a gray snow screen for 1 second, then back to the picture for another second, then there is a message, then off to solid blue. Have to turn the TV off and wait and turn it back on.
Of course since the past few days of going off many times, it has not today, so I cant try and remember what that message is. Next time it does, I will try and write as much down as I can.

3 times yesterday and just did it again, just have the weather channel on, not you tube and it still goes blue, says no programming in avainable. For the price I am paying, there better be a signal.

do you have more than one set top box? if so, do they both have the problem at the same time? while you have the problem does a smart device work normally with the Xfinity Stream TV app?
Thanks, this box has been changed twice, back in December.
The store is still closed.
The 800 number is useless for talking to a real person. All you get is 10 minutes of the computer talking then finally telling you to go online and talk to someone, that didn't help the other times.

Maybe time to try swapping out TV Box and/or cable modem if not already done. 800-COMCAST or 800-XFINITY or go to a local Xfinity store. Generally, no charge to swap out.

as promised, every issue with the box I will post.
You Tube was on the TV, froze up saying loading, after a minute and unable to use the remote, it went off to a message, unable to use this app.
so back to regular TV for a while.
That happens several times a week too.

Blue screen on You Tube more but any regular TV show will do it.

Hello,
Only have one device and one TV hooked up. Don't have a smart phone or smart device, so just use the remote that came with the box.
