Blue screen error

I’m getting a blue screen that says there is no software to execute. How do I fix this problem?

If you're receiving a blue screen on your Pace PXD01ANI, you'll first want to verify all your cable connections are secure. If they are and the problem persists, check the TV's input settings to confirm it is set to the correct source. If these steps don't work, you may need to perform a reset on the device by unplugging it from its power source for a few seconds and then plug it back it. Please try these steps of you haven't already and let us know what results you see!
