Blocky video and choppy audio, last 3 months

I live in Blue Springs, MO and transferred my Comcast service from Plano, TX over 20 years ago. For all that time my service had been rock solid. That is until the last 3 months. I have had worsening issues with blocky video and choppy audio. I've done all of the restart the box more times than I care to remember, replaced all my cables with ones provided by Comcast at my local store. I even replaced both TV boxes. Nothing changed and it continues to get worse. It's just unwatchable at this point. I'm about ready to cancel my service and go to AT&T. My neighbor tells me he has the issue also so I think it's our neighborhood infrastructure.  Getting someone to actually come out and look at it is nearly impossible.  The store agent always gives me the "did you try retarting the box." I'm beyond frustrated at this point and if it doesn't get fixed soon I'm going to bail, I pay entirely too much for this level of service, both from the terrible TV experience and the store team.
