Blinking blue lighy

Cable box has been refreshed, turned on and off but will only have a blinking blue light that stops after a minute. The screen only says welcome.

It sounds like you are having some issues with your cable box. Did this just start today? Are you having issues with any other services or equipment as well, or just this one box?
