Black screen with 3 white moving dots,while attempting to do signal refresh on X1 TV box

After doing signal refresh on X1 box (MODEL=Pace- PR150BNM), then I get black screen with 3 white moving dots. I am also getting a VOICE GUIDANCE message,which I've NEVER received before,while doing a refresh. (I DO NOT HAVE A VOICE GUIDANCE REMOTE), whether I select YES or NO, it still ends up with a black screen with the white moving dots.  ANY HELP!!!

@XfinityAmir​ Thanks for replying.  Yes, after several more signal refresh attempts of the X1 TV box,I am still ending up with a Black screen, and three moving white dots, what is interesting, as I had mentioned in the post, immediately before the black screen, I am getting a message about VOICE GUIDANCE, which I had NEVER EVER,received, during the previous many times of rebooting this box. I DO NOT have a voice guided remote, if that's what it's referring to.

Thanks for taking the time to reach back out to us with the details of the issue. Are you able to get programming at any point or does the black screen persist? Besides the voice guidance notification are you getting any error messages?

Hello Michelle, after several additional attempts at refreshing signal, I'm still not getting any programming, the black screen & moving dots, are still there. There have been no error messages seen.

I'm so very sorry to hear the attempts at a refresh have not been successful. We can certainly assist you further with getting your TV box reconnected.
