Bally Sports Channel repeatedly Freezing with color bars during Braves game.

I’m trying to watch a Braves game and the Bally channel on Comcast is repeatedly freezing and showing color bars. Please fix this issue. I’ve read other posts about the same problem for the last couple of YEARS. How long does it take for someone to fix this so we get what we are paying for???
