Bad weather = pixelated local stations (again)

Ever since the wet weather has returned we have been experiencing pixelation on the local channels.  Even DVR recordings on the local stations have pixelated video.  We had someone out some time ago that replaced the splitter and then said that the levels were "barely in spec".  He also set for another dispatch to make changes at the street connection which I don't know if it happened or not.  Been good until the wet weather started, and now we are back to pixelation.  Everything was checked.  All cables checked by me and the tech.

This happens every year.  I know because watching the NFL games on local stations become an issue every year.  When is Xfinity going to fix this issue once and for all!  As someone who has all services through Comcast (voice, video, internet, alarm and cell) I am becoming quite dismayed by the level of services provided.

user_dp4027 Good morning! Thank you for reaching out to our Community Forums Team for assistance with your TV services. It's frustrating when your services aren't working as designed. I'd be happy to help you get your services squared away. It's strange it's happening on just your local channels. Aside from checking the connections, are there any other troubleshooting steps you have tried with this recent issue?
