bad reception

Ever since the last Xfinity 'upgrade' a few weeks ago, my television reception hasn't been very good. Routinely the picture has 'waves' across it and then it refocuses. Sometimes the sound is jumbled when this occurs. It wasn't doing this before. My tv is barely a year old.
