Bad pixelization on ESPN2 for MLS Semi final

do you have more than one set top box? if so, are they all having the problem? does a smart phone/tablet on the same streaming channel have the same pixelation? 

Yes. Been happening for.years

I have simar problem. It is fine for a month then bad for 2 months. Sometimes 1tv works others bad, vice versa other times. And mainly at night when all other family users ate asleep.. I feel like I am paying for no support, and no ability to get support

Yes. I have it on 15 channels on a frequent basis. Trouble is I cannot seem to get an agent on the phone any longer.

you may have better luck using the xfinity my account app. go through the troubleshooting AI until a call is scheduled (they can check outside your home due to pandemic).
