Awful, just awful

Just last week I had 5 tvs hooked up to X1.  Two don't work. Trying to get a hold of customer service is ridiculously frustrating.

It is so exciting to get a bunch of new equipment connected in your home and I'm sad to hear that enjoyment has been interrupted by non-functioning devices.
