Hi, did you try going into "Settings" > "Preferences" > "General"... Then scrolling down to "Prefer Best Available Resolution" and turning that option to "Off"? That should work, but I'm not sure, good luck!

Btw, I meant to say maybe try going to the settings using your remote, clicking the "Xfinity" button, then selecting the * (gear icon) to the far right, and the "Settings" > "Preferences" > "General"... Sorry, I'm just not sure how familiar, or unfamiliar, you are with these things, so I thought I'd clarify, just in case :)

Ahhh... Then, last, but not least, scrolling down to "Prefer Best Available Resolution" and turning that option to "Off"? I hope it works for you.
