Audio Description won't turn off on Fox Network

Yesterday our TV suddenly started Audio Description on FOX only, We have tried all the troubleshooting and even reset box twice, but Audio Narration is still on, but seems to only be on Fox.

Audio Description shows being turned off, but still hearing it. Very annoying.

Is this a known problem?

This is really annoying.  Comcast please fix this.  We've turned off all the audio description options.  Tv and comcast.

Wow...I was frustrated before, but now to know there are several users with the same problem and absolutely no support from either entities is even more infuriating. I am definitely leaving xfinity for this and other concerns. I hope this clears up for all of us soon!
