Audio cuts in and out and it’s not my cables, box etc. if so everyone is in need of new equipment

I urge anyone who is still having this issue they need to open a ticket. So far whatever they found it fixed my problem.

I think it would be easier to slice my wrists and do push-ups in saltwater rather than get an x1 box that works right. Comcast needs to stop with all the gimmicks and update their software so it will consistently play and play correctly.  Ugh!!!@

Hello, @1BigWaveDave. I'm sorry to hear about you having audio issues. I'd like to help figure out a solution so you can begin enjoying your cable services. Have you by any chance attempted to restart your cable box by using the Xfinity app? How about a power cycle, have you tried that?
