audio and lips not in sync

click on xfinty on remote

click on settings

go to device settings

go to audio

go to HDMI Audio Output select expert mode -the best available dolby sound will be passed through to your audio system. not compatible with voice guidance and some audio systems.

some people on forum have complained that selecting stereo doesnt give them the dolby audio that they want

so dont select stereo select expert mode

If the expert mode pass-though hasn't solved the synching problem (like it didn't for me) synch audio and vidio through your TV. There is probably an Audio option in your settings menu. That Audio menu probably has a synch option. That's the only way I could fix my issue.

How do you fix the lip sync problem when it's intermittent? I've been getting it more lately but it's random.

If I change the delay to fix one show or channel, the delay will be wrong later on a different show or channel.

Lip sync can be caused for many reasons. Might be program, station signal sent to Comcast system, whether SD, or HD.

Using the television's setting may be needed on an individual basis.
