Artifact extra time on recordings

I have set up sports program series recordings adding extra time. I have canceled some of these yet when I set a new recording for canceled series the recording includes extra time even though I set it up with no extra time. I cannot remove this extra time and sometimes it affects the ability to record other shows. 

Currently I set Olympic recordings and time is added even though I do not request it. Just one example. Extremely frustrating.
