Arris XG1v4 Cable Box Request
I'd like to request a Arris XG1v4 Cable Box to replace my existing X1 w/ DVR, so I can watch in 4K. I see that many have been able to obtain a replacement through this forum, but can't find the exact process? Can and Xfinity rep contact me with details?
There local store did not have any stock.

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
