Arris XG1v4 Box Order
Help. I had a Arris XG1v4 that broke and the tech replaced it with another box that is terrible and not compatible with my TV's remote. I have tried everything to get a Arris XG1v4 ordered but chat and calls have not worked. What can I do to get this box back?
