Arris XG1v4 and Peacock
I received a new Arris XG1v4 box. Everything works except for the Xfinity provided Peacock Plus, which still works on my other boxes. Peacock wants me to log in to my subscription which I don't have. I've restarted the box. I tried logging into Peacock with my xfinity credentials. None of this has worked.

From what you’ve described, it sounds like logging into your Peacock account with the primary account holder’s Xfinity ID might do the trick. Have you had a chance to give that a try? Every box has to be logged into access Peacock. You should have a username and password for Peacock.
