Are you still there pop up?

How do i stop this   come up all the time. I Have someone with alzehemiers and this causes alot trouble . Anyway to turn this  off?

My power saving mode is off, I still get the message....

Hello, @user_577ba6. Our screensaver setting and power saver setting are two different features on our boxes and depending on what both are set to could be the cause of this issue.

Alternatively, if both the screensaver and power-saving settings are correct and this feature is not functioning properly, we want to make sure we send signals over to resolve the issue.
