Are both cable TV and all forms of Customer Support hard down? Cannot get in touch with Customer Support by ANY means. (Houston area)
My cable TV signal went down about an hour ago (3 PM, CST), but I still have internet (thank goodness)... Have unplugged cable box, let it rest, plugged it back in, no joy.
Cannot reach ANY form of customer service - all phone numbers don't pick up, app on my phone refuses to connect (says I don't have internet, so I swtiched to 5g, still says I don't have a connection!), and I cannot bring up the Customer Service page on my desktop browser, the wait inidcator just spins round and round...
What the heck is up over there? I've got no cable TV service and no way of reaching Customer Support - very bad form here.
