Getting same error in Colorado Springs, CO with my Xfinity Flex. Xfinity Internet is working so it would seem whatever Xfinity Flex connects to and possibly their TV service (can't verify as I no longer use their TV service) may be have issues.
Just spoke with Xfinity agent...their streaming app is being updated. The error is due to the Xfinity app. Should be working ... but agent did not have a good time estimate.
Same for me in Jacksonville, Fl.
Working here now.
my amazon prime just started working...
