Apps via Xfinity X1 box not working

I have been getting an APPS-01454 error code for the last week whenever I try to open any App on my TV.

Hello @ldixon248618, I'm happy to see that you enjoy using the X1 system to conveniently access your streaming apps, I do the exact same thing. I can see how annoying that error would be to deal with when you're trying to relax, so let's get this figured out. Are you getting that same error code across multiple apps?

I am not enjoying it. When attempting to access apps via X1, I receive an APPS-01454 error code.

@ldixon248618, yeah, I can see how that would be annoying, especially heading into the weekend when you're trying to relax. Can you please let me know what troubleshooting steps you've already taken? That way we can try to avoid as much repeating as possible. If you haven't already, please reset your cable box and your gateway to make sure the signal is refreshed. You can also troubleshoot your equipment by leveraging the Xfintiy App's awesome functionality. You would just open it up and navigate to your cable page.
