App update

App on Samsung tv updated, new format, unable to locate a favorite channels tab. Other tv has old app and favorites are still showing

Hate this new layout and smart resume isn’t working.

@user_6c0ywc Thanks for adding to the post. Right now, Smart Resume is only available for top shows on NBC, ABC, CBS, FOX, CW, Bravo, HGTV, Discovery, MTV and TLC. It can only be used on eligible HD programs you recorded after January 1, 2019. We’re actively working on increasing the programs and networks Smart Resume is available on. And remember, Smart Resume isn't available on SD recordings.

Yes, the new update on Samsung TV is awful. The LAST WATCHED feature is gone. Used to click the center button on the remote and that would bring up 9 or so last watched channel icons that ran horizontally across the screen. That allowed us to easily return to favorite / last watched channels. The only option now appears to be scrolling the GUIDE.

This new app is a disgrace. Comcast has more money than God and they can’t even gather requirements and develop a TV app correctly that supports their main business. How do you remove favorites, search and last watched?! They should be improving these features and adding new ones, not removing the most useful ones. Very inept.
