Amazon Prime Music - My Music does not work

As the title says, the Prime Music app does not work when selecting "My Music".  Why not?  I can actually play songs from My Music if I individually search for the song, and it shows up as from that library.  But if I select My Music from the upper menu the app just spins for a while and then produces an error.  It says to refresh the app, and upon refresh it yields the same error.


Please help resolve this.
