All Sports Channels pixelated & unwatchable

Hi,

For the past couple of years we have constantly had pixelation issues on the sports channels.

we've done:

Restarts

technicians have checked lines outside

last year we updated to newer boxes

But the problem still persists, at times you see nothing but the pixelation.

Worst of them is NESNx but this happens on FS1,ESPN, etc.

Please help

We are experiencing the same issues with local and HD sports channels.

Hi! Definitely send them a DM following the above instructions. We had to have a technician come out. Good luck!

Hi!

we had our boxes upgraded and it stopped for awhile. Then we had a tech come out who unfortunately couldn’t do anything bc I needed the internet for work but now we don’t have any pixelation 🤷🏼‍♀️
