All Recordings suddenly gone/scheduled recordings have disappeared

Yesterday we downloaded the Xfinity Stream app and I was watching some of our recordings from the app. Today when I went to watch a recording from our X1 box I noticed all of our recordings are completely gone. There isn’t even an option for “Recordings “ in the Saved tab and our scheduled recordings are completely empty. I went back into the stream app and the recordings are not there now either.... we pay entirely too much money every month for this to happen. Can someone please help?? Thanks!

RESOLVED- I did a System Refresh and everything reappeared so it seems the issue is resolved

This just happened to us. We did a system refresh and nothing changed. Please help.
