All Recordings / all upcoming GONE at once
Self explanatory, and I see posts about this from months / years ago.
There is no “sync DVR” under settings (suggestion from 2022. Maybe they redid the menu, or lack of this is part of the problem)
No recordings, no upcoming. Did all the usuals, login / logout, update, uninstall / reinstall apps on steam for other TVs / mobile device. Have done all this several times over 2 nights and 2 hours
The biggest kick to the groin? Restarting the box didn’t help, but - system refresh appeared to bring them all back (noon today)
This evening recordings are gone yet again, I attempted this option again: “we see you’re trying another system refresh. Please schedule a call”
Yes. I’m looking at calling directv (or YouTube tv) first thing in the morning. Thanks !

• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
