All my scheduled recordings are cancelled

All recordings have been cancelled and I'm unable to set a new recording through the box or on the app.

Hosford, Thank you for reaching out to Xfinity Support. I am sorry to hear you are having issues with your recordings. I would recommend doing a system refresh by using the Xfinity app, or you can press the "A" button on your remote. Let me know if this helps. If not, we may need to run through some troubleshooting steps.
