After Outage, TV Box acting up.

I went out of town over the weekend and had a text message there was an Outage in my area. When I got back, my TV Box is acting up. Some issues I am having: can't change channels, can't access Xfinity buttons for streaming or DVR, can't access Guide. It will also only play for a few seconds on the channel is stuck on, fade to black, come back with the flashing dots in the middle before fading to black with Please Wait at the top right corner before repeating the process. When I had left, I had no issues. Despite not being here for anything to have happened, I have checked the wires and rebooted the box multiple times. This is only effecting one of the two boxes I have. 

The Xfinity Assistant was of no use. Any way to chat with an actual person online?
