add dvr

I am new to Xfinity. When I tried to record a show, the screen told me that I did not dvr service. I can't for the life of me find out how to add this through the Xfinity website. Could someone send me a link to a page where I can add dvr? Thank you.

thank you but it didn't help. There is no place on any of the web pages that specifically addresses DVR. When I go to "My Account" or "Change Plan" or any other apparently helpful link, it takes me to a page that asks me to choose which address is the one for which I want to make changes. (I am on a second account that I handle for a client.) I select the address that I want and the next page says something like "Congratulations - your community provides you with xxx  service," with no further link. I would think that Xfinity would make it easy to add chargeable services. Thank you for your continued help.
