Accessibility Remote Ok/Select button not labeled
My mom is living with dementia in the early stages. She can FaceTime on an iPhone, but cannot work this accessibility remote. Why isn’t the black button that is used to select not labeled? The number of people living with dementia and Alzheimer’s is expected to triple in the next five years. Has anybody figured out a way to label the button so that it stays labeled even if your thumb hits that button a lot

@user_obwum9 Thanks for sharing your feedback! They are truly great devices, Xfinity is the only company creating devices for accessibility I've seen. Makes me feel it's a great sign of inclusion. Let everyone you know that has a disability to check out all our options here https://www.xfinity.com/accessibility. It shows the incredible advances we've made for our customers with special needs, such as controlling buttons and voice commands with eye tracking devices! The button you speak of simply clicks on the items its pointing at. Like a mouse, the clickers don't have labels, but we get what you're saying. I compared, and it is the same to all our current remotes. If your mom ever needs any help, count on a direct Accessibility Team to help with the contact info here https://www.xfinity.com/support/accessibility#accessibility. They're there to help, and take in any feedback on the accessibility devices! It's a specially trained and dedicated customer support team, she can count on them anytime :).
