Access to an app

I had access to paramount+ app. Now I can’t and I signed up with Xfinity. Why can’t I access the app now?

Hello, and thank you for reaching out via our Xfinity Community Forums, user_fuc5u1. I can help with that. It's frustrating when you're trying to watch something and can't access an app you know you should have.

To figure out what's going on, could you tell me a little more about how you're trying to access Paramount+? For example:

* Are you trying to access it on your Xfinity TV box (like an X1 or Flex box)?

* Are you trying to use the Paramount+ app on a different device, like a smart TV, phone, or tablet?

* What happens when you try to open the app? Do you see an error message, a spinning wheel, or does it ask you to sign in again?

It wants me to subscribed and I already subscribe through Xfinity. I can’t ever talk with an agent with assistant. Yesterday it took me over 3 hrs and I finally just gave up. And it looks like it’s gonna be another useless 3 hrs. Customer service talking to someone [Edited: "Language"]. I’m about ready to cancel my service.
