A Year Later and CNN Audio Drop is Still Not Fixes
Unbelievable that a year after this problem of the CNN channel’s audio is continually dropping, and with all the reassurances, and silly questions about what the users are doing as if its something to do with them (a typical CS tactic to hold the mob back) and instead of just getting a tech to monitor it and see for themselves …. This problem is still now fixed.

Audio drop on CNN has been a few days now for me. It is driving me crazy. I hate to take the time to try to get through to a customer service representative but it appears I will have to. Of course I have already tried to reset the box which does not fix the audio dropping.
