A GOOD XG1v4-A Living Room TV box was removed by an agent from my account by mistake, now it cannot be reactivated error XRE-00250?

Took in the BAD Retreat TV box for replacement and the agent mistakenly removed the GOOD Living Room TV Box from my account.

The replacement Retreat TV box activated without a problem, but a couple hours later the Good Living Room TV Box, stopped working (XRE-00250) while watching recordings of the Olympics!!!!!..

Of course, Now it would seem after 2-3 hours of service calls the online agents can't reactivate the PERFECTLY GOOD Living Room TV Box.

I anticipate the returned BAD Retreat TV Box problem is now assigned to the GOOD Living Room TV Box, and the replacement Retreat box does not seem to have any of our recordings from the Olympic Games..... NOT GOOD

No Fun for my wife on Valentines Day!!

Any help for reactivating the Good Living Room TV Box and saving the Olympic Game Recordings?

However,

The good XG1v4-A Living Room TV box that was removed by an agent from my account, still will not reactivated and still displays error “XRE-00250”

Live agents have tried to reinstalled this TV Box several times, but it will not complete:

"Welcome

Connecting to your entertainment experience

 ooo"

Then it drops out and displays,

"Somthinng is not quite right."

Please call….

XRE-00250

I anticipate, when the retail agent entered the GOOD TV Box (serial numbers - MA...B126/MA...7210) in the system (yesterday Feb,14) as the "Equipment Returned" needing replacement/repair it was tagged as such and that repair flag needs to be cleared before it can be returned into service (complete the reactivation in my account)?

This box has worked flawlessly before this unfortunate event and has been swapped between two TV's; hence the problem follows the TV Box.

My rant about the whole predicament is, these TV boxes are getting hard to get in good condition with fans that don't make a lot of noise (I hear a constant grinding noise 10-12ft away over the audio).
