5 Number channels

When I type in my address, I see multiple 5 channel numbers as "available" as my channels. They are not on my X1 box though. Some seem to be HD versions of channels currently only in SD at my address. What is up with this? I saw somewhere this only on X1 boxes.

You May need to post specific channel information or maybe a screen shot of what you see

Try googling xfinity channel line up, enter your address, then organize in descending order.

I even signed into my account, so it wasn't just random.

I will add that if I go to my xfinity stream section on my computer browser, these channels show up as "TV GO" listings, with no numbers.

It would be a lot more convenient if they were actually part of the X1 box as many are all new or HD versions of current channels only in SD.

AXS TV would be an example of a "TO GO" channel, that if you click on it, says it requires an subscription, but I see nowhere else (on xfinity sites) that it is even available.

Or just click https://www.xfinity.com/support/local-channel-lineup/. I'm seeing THOUSANDS of channels, only a few of which are part of my subscription. Instead of "my" lineup, it seems to list every channel on the system multiple times. The last 11 on my list are the same as the ones in the posted image.
