4kdvr (XG1v3)

I keep getting error messages on my DVR when trying to play certain movies.  I have every streaming channel except a few.

What am I missing, it seems this upgrade came out several years ago.  How can I get a new box?  Will i loose all my recordings?  Purchases?

It would be nice to just go to my local store snd swap or request one.  I have some old equipment to return anyways...

Hello @user_ivan1 thank you for taking the time to reach out to us! What is the error message you are getting? If you want to upgrade your box you can do that at any Xfinity store. You will lose any recordings that are saved to the box itself. You will still be able to watch anything that you have purchased. I have attached a link with additional information. What happens to your DVR recordings?
