4k wireless box losing Wi-Fi connection once a week
My Xi6 4k wireless box loses wifi connection frequently. I have to do a WEP repairing. I have excellent signal and the most up to date modem ang gigabyte WiFi speeds. Is this a known issue with this box? I have a wired 4 k DVR box with no issues. I should not have to continue to do a WEP repairing which I have had to do since I installed the box in August. I don't need to boost signal as once reconnected I don't have an issue for a few days. I need some real insight from Comcast and not move the box closer to the modem. That is not the issue. Could be related to software updates because this happens in the morning. Help please.
